Weekly check-ins will take place via text or email to go over roadblocks, concerns and set goals. You can email or text me throughout the week if a question or concern ever comes up!
Start from the inside out! Focus on anything from building foundational habits, learning how to navigate nutrition during pregnancy, perimenopause or menopause, figure out meal prep, weight loss, fueling workouts properly and more! If you also do personalized workouts, take $10 off the nutrition price!

Every 4 weeks
These are 100% customized to you and your goals. Can be home or gym based. We start with form assessment via video, as well as go over goals and previous/current injuries and physical limitations.
Two Workouts/Week: $80/mo or $85 with cardio
Three Workouts/Week: $100/mo or $105 with cardio
Four Workouts/Week: $120/mo or $125 with cardio
Five Workouts/Week: $140/mo or $145 with cardio
Workouts are sent out on a 4 week basis. Price varies depending on number of workouts received. Each week will have progressions. For example, if you choose 4 workouts per week, you will receive a total of 4 workouts and each will include specific changes for weight/reps/sets per week. Progressive training allows for the most optimal results!
If you also do personalized workouts, take $10 off the nutrition price!

The 6 Week Strength & Confidence Builder Program combines 6 weeks of progressive weight training ( 3 full body days), cardio, mobility, nutrition, and stress management. There are options for weights/bands/body weight exercises depending on your available equipment. You can also schedule discounted Zoom sessions with me!
The Preventing PMS course educates you on hormones, cyclical fitness and nutrition, as well as ways to begin to reduce and eliminate PMS, because PMS IS NOT NORMAL!!
Despite what some practitioners may have told you, you absolutely do not need to just 'deal with" hot flashes, weight gain, anxiety, brain fog and more. With the Healthy Path Through Peri menopause course, you will learn why perimenopause happens, get specific nutrition help including a grocery shopping list, and assessment guide and a fitness guide. You can also choose the option to add a one on one Zoom!
